This is why it\u2019s important to have a healthy diet that consists of a variety of fresh produce, wholegrains, lean proteins, and low-fat dairy products. You should also limit your intake of sugary drinks, processed foods, saturated fats, salt, and sugary snacks. Not sleeping well can lead to poor diet, fatigue, and a lack of confidence. Try and keep a regular sleep schedule so that your body is conditioned to expect the amount of sleep it needs. You have to make decisions quickly and try to find time for everything. It can be really easy to get hurried, anxious, or stressed out. This is never going to get you anywhere so try to put the brakes on it. Take a few deep breaths, try and identify what\u2019s stressing you out, and try to work out a way to deal with it. This doesn\u2019t mean that you have to do something that you don\u2019t want to do, but you have to have some kind of plan in place. Then, when you\u2019re feeling rushed and short of time, you can use that plan to help you to calm down. This doesn\u2019t mean you have to let everything get to you. It just means that you have to let yourself have a little more control and that you don\u2019t have to be rushed all the time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Stay positive<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, it\u2019s important to remember that you\u2019re not going to get anywhere if you\u2019re not having fun. It can be really easy to get trapped in a negative spiral where you\u2019re constantly worrying about the things that are stressing you out. You have to find a way to anchor yourself and stop that spiral from continuing. There are many ways you can do this, like writing them down, visualizing them, or talking to a friend or family member.
